Who am I and what am I about?  Don't you find these profiles often a bit challenging to write?  I find that once I try to define 'me' then that me changes and I feel confined by my old profile.  Constant editing of one's profile is too much work to make it worthwhile.  So, here it is in a nutshell.

I am an avid DIYer.  I love to build things, mostly with wood, I enjoy welding metal sculptures as well.  As far as hobbies go, anything relating to the outdoors - especially with regard to my home - I am quite fond of.  So, this means landscaping my yard, working in my garden, decorating the walls in my house with some of my wood or metal creations, finding new ideas (ok, my wife finds them and I implement them) to make our home more enjoyable and livable for us is high on my list of pleasurable work/hobbies.

But wait, there's more...

I'm also very interested in new and exciting things that I can do and learn about.  So, learning new skills, trades, hobbies or work is very interesting to me.  My entrepreneurial spirit is always on the look out for something to jump into and explore.  To this end, I search for new and useful ways of sharing the information I'm learning with others.  In a way, I guess I keep getting paid to learn - pretty cool concept!

Wow, is that all I am right now?  Guess so.  If the mood strikes and I get increasingly uncomforable with my (old) self I'll come back and edit - of course, you wouldn't know I did unless you are checking my profile regularly - aha.
