I'm a 55 YO Wife, Mother and Grandmother who likes to do everything herself!  Formerly a Senior Quality Engineer at a major defense contract manufacturer, I quit my job of 31 years in 2003 to take care of my mother and her house.  (Wish I'd had a crystal ball about the economy!)

There's NOTHING I won't take on if I want something done.  I built the retaining walls in our driveway, installed vinyl siding on our house, built two decks, and remodeled the kitchen.

I raised, trained and showed dogs for a number of years, bred and raised a filly, and have owned cats, fish, and birds.  I LOVE animals!

Now that my mother is safely living in a wondrous Assisted Living Facility, my focus has turned on maintaining my hard earned health and trying to slow the ravages of age by diet, exercise, and dare I say it?  Any age product that works!
