I have had many experiences over the years, some more frightening than others. Becoming more aware of my self and learning to understand what I was dealing with has eased my fears and given me a new sense of self . There are so many to go through and I hope that sharing them will help others to realize some things may seem crazy, yet if they are understood for what they are, they can be beneficial in many ways.
