My name is Deb and I'm based way down under in New Zealand. I am a Mum of 2 toddlers (3 & 4 year old) and one 12 year old.  I am a graphic designer, freelance writer as well as a full time Mum and wife.

I have been in the position of needing to lose a few extra pounds myself - I wanted to feel good and look sexy. I achieved that (woo hoo! My hubby told me I have a "popstar ass" so suffice to say I think he's happy with the results too!).
