I gave up the corporate world and management in fashion to be a stay at home momma. Playing "Itsy, Bitsy Spider" is much different than proposing new planograms for departments stores, but I love it!  She is my light and love, as well as my wonderful husband. He is our rock. 

Along with entertaining her ever-changing moods, breastfeeding and cleaning the house, I teach fitness. My interest in health and fitness has been ever present in my life, for as long as I can remember. I think I was even teaching my friends how to stay fit when I was 5!
