My main area of expertise of a wholistic health philsophy is in spiritual philosophies, religions and belief systems.

The healing of who we are as individuals-past, present and future is grounded in the faith of the Spirit, and I believe that is a major missing component (or for some, not considered enough) in health.

As you navigate through my articles, please note that I have changed my business title to Holistic Lifestyle Planning (from Wholistic... it means the same. I like the acronym HLP better... help...!)

As you read my articles, please note that these are my own perspectives at this point in time. Life is all about change, so some of my perspectives may change over time as my soul evolves toward her unity with God and how I understand that unity. I hope to always relay that I don't know it all, I just know what I know!  And if anything I say is helpful for you, that is wonderful and I AM grateful for that !
