The Part Timers page is aimed mostly at adults, lone parents, students, pensioners, people with disabilities, job sharers, school leavers, commuters, to families and others that require part time jobs. The jobs market is always unbalanced by either up or down employment rates like what we are experiencing right now and due to the mere fact that a companies labour force needs change through these struggling times; people resign from their jobs, become retired, or due to unsuitable changes in contracts, employees often settle for low wage or remain in there current job through fear of change and fear of the unknown certainty of finding employment. Some job providers cannot guarantee job satisfaction or have inadequate career prospects for those seeking employment.
