Hi! I am Yla, currently an undergraduate student at Philippine Normal University, taking up a Bachelor in Science degree in Psychology.

My field of interest lies in music, literature, theatre and culinary. However, it doesn't end there. I enjoy discovering and putting myself in new and peculiar things... (like this one... I suppose ^^, )

...and I express those through writing. I am a journalist. I am now the Editor-in-Chief of The Nexus, our college newsletter. I am also a composer/ songwriter (you can check out some at imeem). But most of the time, I indulge myself in poetry writing... poetry is my favorite. (It's sublimation...that's what Freud said).  

Ah! I am a simple girl with lots of fantasies in my head. I may be unpredictable and weird...but I am always loyal and caring to persons who are important to me...(what matters is some misunderstood me..sigh)

I am always late at school.. :)that's why for two years now, no one has grabbed my crown as being late. hmm... I may be late, but mind you.. I'm always present... and uhm, I'm still a top student... (c'mon... I have to boost my esteem ^_^)

I maybe too irresponsible, but I can balance things so I would not lose them...but if and only if...they decided to lose me... I would then have no rights to keep them...
