I think with everything that is happening (and not happening) in our country that I am, like many Americans, wanting to voice my concerns about where we are headed.  I am not part of any group and don't represent any political agenda.  I am simply an American who loves her country and wants to find people to chat with who are interested where we go from here. I am fed up with BOTH parties in power, Republicans and Democrats.  It seems politicians have lost sight of the fact that they represent the PEOPLE, not their own personal political careers.

My hubs will be mainly based around current issues impacting our nation and I welcome your thoughts and ideas.  Let's debate them in a constructive way so that we can learn from each other instead of being blinded by one side or the other.  Full disclosure:  I consider myself to be a fiscal conservative with an open mind.  (Slightly less conservative on some social issues.)  I believe it is important for us to be strong in our convictions,  however, we must also keep an open mind and listen to all sides of issues.  Your feedback is always appreciated!
