In his most recent role as Vice President of National Operations for a rapidly growing professional services division, he developed the operational strategies and tactical plans to support a significantly escalating revenue growth which quadrupled in six months.
Prior to that, Chris led the global financial planning & analysis function and was a member of the leadership team for a $650 million retail security business. Chris has also performed in a dual Business Development role as finance lead in the acquisition of companies in the $2M to $300 range as well as holding a significant role in the strategic development for the commercialization of RFID – from the chip technology to the process application - for the retail and supply chain markets.
In support of the CFO, Chris has been responsible for financial/management reporting, budgeting and accounting information systems. He has directed multiple Hyperion Enterprise implementations. The largest was a highly successful global development, implementation and education for a $1 billion financial reporting process with users in 28 countries on 5 continents, which resulted in more effective reporting while reducing the monthly closing cycle by over 60%.
He has also been selected to speak on the topics of improving Business Analysis and Corporate Performance though the use of Information Management at a variety of conferences and events including the Global Hyperion User Conference, Fast Company, and The Future of Finance. Related to this, he was featured in an article in Fast Company Magazine.
He began his career with Coopers & Lybrand in Audit where he passed the CPA exam
