Born Frank Eugene Spencer III on August 4, 1984 in the small town of Waterloo, IA, this 23 year old R&B singer-songwriter is more than experienced when it comes to the music world.  Cousin to Tracie Spencer -also of Waterloo- who was a star search winner and had a hit under her belt by the time she was twelve, Spencer has a family that is filled with generations of singers and musicians.  Spencer discovered his talent of singing at a very young age performing in school plays and being involved in music classes starting in elementary school.  By the time Spencer was in junior high he would always be singing with friends which led the music teacher to approach him about joining the school choir which later led him to have leads in many of the choir’s events. It wasn't until his first junior high school talent show that Spencer realized that he wanted to be an entertainer and soon found himself involved in recording music and showcasing his skills at local talent shows, which he would always place in the top three. After high school Spencer with his writing skills and maturing vocals started to record a demo project which got him an audition for a showcase judged by major labels such as Warner Bros and G-Unit, which he placed third but  never heard from any of the labels afterward. Now relocated in Chicago, IL  he plans to continue to pursue his music dreams and is determined to take his career to the next level.
