At the present time I have not one, not two, but count them, three different books in the making on hubpages.  I like it here.  A lot.  The first one is more a detailed pamphlet on the Appalachian Trail, being a nature buff, an AT Trailhiker, and a United States History certified school teacher (in my past life).  I really enjoy the work I put into these three books.  The completed pamphlet  is simply entitled The Appalachian Trail.  Also, a Greek Chef friend of mine and I have composed a Greek Cookbook entitled Kalamata Kotopoulos (And Other Popularly Requested Lil Rickie Greek Recipes Cookbook).  You can find the cookbook on my hubpages.com account under Lil Rickie's Most Popularly Requested Greek Recipes Cookbook.  If you have not tried Greek cuisine you do not know what you are missing.
