I am a full time writer, trained sculptor and Artist - from Canterbury Christchurch University in the UK. I have traveled exstensively, both working and leisure. I once lived on a small Island (only 25k from one side to the other!), in the Indian Ocean, for a year. I am lucky enough to have experienced many different cultures. I believe it has helped me to understand myself more. I love life, have lived it, and am very thankful for it.
I respect the environment and that includes the people in it. This is a very important thing for me. Working as a writer, I come across many aspects of the world, not always good. Sometimes, it is curious to talk to people who, quite simply, do not know what's going on, in the world around them. Of course, there are many different reasons for this...
I think hubpages is a great source for people, it encourages discussion and gives people information. Whether that information be right or wrong, at least it gets people thinking and talking... and that's definitely a good thing!
