I have been meditating for 2 years, I got very good benefits from my practice so I'm sharing with others what worked for me to establish a daily meditation practice. I learned Vipassana meditation as taught by S.N. Goenka, and have been in four 10 day meditation retreats. They have been great experiences so I recommend to anyone that has the time and want to learn meditation goes to a meditation retreat.
