Hey! Thanks for being a fan! I love your hubs about hunting and cooking what you kill. Something we have in common. When I have my deer processed, we add a smidge of bacon because it's so lean, very little fat in it at all. So, when preparing a burger, we get it ready for the pan or grill and then on the top of it, I put 1 piece of pineapple (you know the round kind in a can) and I let it cook on the bottom first, then flip it over to the pineapple side to cook on that side. You can just prepare your recipe cause it's pretty much the same as mine, just add the pineapple right before you cook it. Just make sure you kinda mash it into the meat good so it won't come off when you flip it. It lets the sweetness go thru the burger. I love it. Let me know if you try it please.
