I'm new at making hubs. So here are a few things I'd like to say.

Currently, I work for a company that makes instruction materials for ESL. Most of it is just about creating grammatically correct sentences, so I wouldn't count that as real writing... I'm a part-time tour guide for Japanese nationals, something I do for about 4-6 times a year. I'm also a licensed lifeguard and used to be a dance instructor.

None of my friends know about my hubs here, nor do I talk to them about the things I post. Most of them don't even know I can speak English satisfactorily well. I prefer making the people around me think that I don't have a care for the world. Even better when they assume I'm dumb. Because I feel that the more people know about who you truly are, the more vulnerable you are to pain and suffering. Some may disagree, but I claim to have earned enough experience to stand by this belief.

I love reading the different hubs here and I feel that I've much to learn before even trying to make a real hub. What I do have now, is a real story--my story.

Someday, I'd like to try my hand at making in-depth and informative hubs. So as early as now, I would appreciate comments, whether bad or good. I don't really care much about the ratings people give my hubs for now, or maybe I just don't have the full grasp yet as to what HubPages is really about. Maybe I'd start worrying when that happens.

But until then, I'm eager to learn, understand and be better. So thank you for checking my hubs.
