I work in the UK as a hypnotherapist and because I am a Zen practitioner, my therapy is also very Zen-related. I first started my practise in 1976, when things started to get tough in the music business (I played piano/keyboards). I am still very passionate about playing music on my clavinova piano and digital keyboard and have recently started a blog on the benefits of playing an instrument.

In 1981, I came to hear of a Zen workshop in London and attended. I became totally hooked by the it's transformational powers and have practised zazen (Zen meditation) ever since. The power of adding Zen principles to my work has never ceased to amaze me even when I've never met the person and only had interactions via e-mail and the Internet.
