More advanced courses involve weapons defense, PPCT (Pressure Point Control Tactics, advanced take-downs and hold-downs, high stress training and combat conditioning.
Our Courses are for Men, Women and Teenagers. We do also have options available for young children.
We run as many free Self Defense Courses in Alberta as we can possibly manage. We also run courses for companies and organisations throughout the Province.
