Working out has been a passion of mine for the past 20 years and I still find it hard to find the time and motivation that is needed to keep up a healthy life style.

While being a fulltime wife and mother of three girls I enjoy a balanced life that includes plenty of time for family and friends, while including plenty of physical activity which includes running, weight training, church, reading and music.  I firmly believe that fitness should be a lifetime commitment, and try to instill that belief in others so that they can meet their personal fitness goals.  I am very passionate when it comes to helping others get in shape and keeping them focused on their health and fitness goals by helping them move out of their comfort zone and help them transform their life by pushing them past their perceived limitations.
