My name is Nick Smith; I am the author of the book, The Magnetic Diet, and originator of the field of Food Magnetism, which is the study of how certain actions amplify the effects of food on our bodies.

I spent over 10 years searching for the secret to permanent weight loss. During that time I read all the books, tried all the pills, experimented with every diet, and spent a lot of money on exercise equipment and gym memberships. I started out with poor results and then learned how to achieve great results only to see them disappear when I went back to my old eating habits and lifestyle choices. Then I discovered how to achieve the body of my dreams and keep it that way without starving myself with low-carb or restricted calorie diets, or having to use pills, expensive supplements or useless exercise contraptions.

To share my discoveries with the world I published them in an e-book and made it available on the internet. Using the principles of my program and the concepts laid out in my book they have been able to control their cravings, burn fat, build muscle, and dramatically improve their energy levels and their moods. Some who were suffering from disease saw amazing improvements in their health as a result of applying my discoveries.

In addition to that I spoke in depth with many natural bodybuilders, fitness models, and serious amateur athletes.
