I have been keeping things green for over 26 years. Taking care of a green house with my grandfather, I opened my first business when I was 19 in Fallon Nevada which I named Arlena's Garden Shop and Nursery. I also ran a landscaping business in Nevada for 14 years and was a regular speaker at many Nevada garden clubs.
My family and I moved to Wisconsin in 1995 where I again opened a landscaping business. I am a regular speaker at many of Wisconsin's Master Garden Clubs ,Home and Garden Shows and events, were I enjoy being able to share what I have learned during my 26 years in the landscaping business.
In September of 2002 I named the TV show Garden Wise with Arlena, this shows on more than 52 different stations through out the United States and several International stations. I am a regular guest on the NBC affiliate WEAU TV 13 Today with Judy Clark and appear with Sarah Stokes on The NBC Wisconsin Journal show.
2005 I created the website for Garden Wise With Arlena along with a magazine, that miorrs the show. www.arlenagwise.com
