Destined to make an impact, I was born in Milwaukee, WI almost 40 years ago. Amid many heart problems, I prevaled and moved to Los Angeles, while very young, and grew up under the the watchful, loving eye of my grandmother. Our luxury was being able to eat large meals frequently, and subsequently, I learned all the wrong things and habits possible in relation to food, and health. I did however find and embrace a love that help keep me sane, and that is writing. As I approach 40 years of life I am embarking on the task of a lifetime. I seek to transform, my mind, body, health and spirit. I figure, since my heart conditons have not overtaken me, that I owe it to myself to see what the other side of health and weight loss looks like. Join me on my journey as write about it.
