I am an aspiring personal trainer and I am studying to become a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS). Working out is my passion and I try to learn as much as I can about athletic development and advances in the fitness world. My goal with this blog is to share my passion and to link with others to learn about the latest developments in fitness and exercise science.

As for me, I am graduating from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) where I successfully played 4 years of Division I soccer and am now running track.
