I wrote a book about life, the so called good life and the so called bad life. The book has the good, the bad and the ugly. It will make you cry and it will make you laugh. It may even show you how to help yourself out of a hole. Life on drugs is a living hell. You may like what they do for you but you will not like what they do to you and those you love. Many can bring instant death others take longer to end your life but they all will eventually ruin or end your life. This is the message of the book. I do not have a formal education in psychology. My education is from life and those who live it. What I say is from my experiences and my study of people and life over the past 50 years.
