My name is Maggie I was born in Liverpool in 1946 I have always loved the process of writing and now Hubpages has given me the opportunity to publish on the www and for this I am extremely grateful.

My favourite topic is Working Class Life in Britain in 30s,40s, 50s and 60s as it is a way of life that has all but disappeared and there is not a lot written about the ordinary everyday life of working class people this I hope to redress a little through my writing here on Hubpages.
