Mr. Matthew Q. Dawson is a native Texan. 

He spent his childhood and young adulthood residing in Austin, Texas moving throughout the state assisting individuals of special needs combined with homelessness. 

He has also helped many agencies assist this population by helping them follow the guidelines that have been set forth by the federal, state and local government to protect all individuals with in this population.

He assisted in the care of the victims that came to Texas for stabilization during the Mexico earthquake and hurricane Katrina disasters.

He is an active supporter for many homeless coalitions throughout the United States.

He firmly believes that all Americans have the right to the American dream as we all know it and  advocates tirelessly on behalf of those individuals who cannot stand up for their own rights.

Mr. Dawson is a 2008 Congressional Order of Merit recipient for his loyalty, dedication, and service to the United States.  He also has worked in other organizations such as The Alliance for the Mentally Ill.

Having worked in this environment Mr. Dawson has been inspired to begin The CrossLand Group. 

His desire is to better rehabilitate and assist in stable independence and a new way of life for each individual within this population.

Mr. Dawson lives in San Antonio, Texas with his wife of four years and his two children. He is fully dedicated to help those in need.
