When  I was about  10 I was in the  Devonport  scouts  and  was sexually  abusbed  by my  scout  master  in Tasmania  in 1977  and I have been sexually assulted another  time  when I was 16   the pain and anger  and shame    has haunted  me for years  and has rip my soul to shreds . I have been able to write about  by sexual abuse  and other stories   I have  been able  to heal myself  and hopefully helped other  sexual  abused survivors.Since coming to hub pages I have built up my own courage and inner strength along with help from my family and friends.

I love  doing  yoga chi gung and take natural supplements and I love green & red rooibos tea and green tea  but of course my favourite is   fish oil,   you have  only  one body so you better  take care of it  but then again I love a nice cold beer as well. We all need to enjoy life while we can
