I do believe that human being is more than just the physical body. We have our mind and our spirit that are all connected, which make us human. As the quote above explains, health is more than the absence of disease, it means being whole, being the best that you can be.

By listening to the body, paying close attention to thoughts and emotions, one can heal himself and his environment. We all have the power to heal ourselves. It doesn't mean that we don't have to see a doctor when we are sick. It simply means that we all are responsible for our own health and well-being. No one can help anyone if the person doesn't wish to be healed at the first place.

It is important to take good care of the body, mind and our spirit. Any area that is neglected will affect to all area in life. My intention is to share about holistic healing in many areas as my knowledge grows.

Everything has its own 'balance point'. I do not wish anyone to be obsessed with health, or it will become another kind of mind dis-ease. Learning about health is different from obsessing about health. You know the difference. :)
