My name is Rob West and I am sick and tired of being overweight.Why?...because it is overrated and too expensive. Not to mention it is hard on my health.
So what am I going to do? Well that is exactly why I am here at Hubpages.
I am going to give you a progressive and entertaining journey of what I am doing to lose weight. I may also share what others are doing as well.
Hopefully along the way you will get some good, bad, and ugly ideas of how you can lose some weight also.
Oh, and another thing...I am a really big fan of self-help material so I may share some of that too.
