I guess that by some standards I'm a senior citizen, but I don't feel like one, and friends have said that I don't look like one either. 

I live on a five acre mini farm with six goats, 2 outdoor cats, one indoor cat and two dogs.  We do all of our own yard work, which in certain seasons, can be considerable.  We also do most of our own home and pool maintenance.

In past years, I've bred and shown my dogs professionally, managed the Information Systems Department in a major Long Island hospital, worked as a Tour Bus Coordinator at a Senior Community and managed a small coffee shop for the same community.  Then I "retired" and worked another eighteen months as a security gate guard.

Soooo, now I'm officially retired and all I do is take care of the property, work occasionally at my daughter's boarding kennel, judge a few dog shows here and there, make braided show leads for other exhibitors, and take on small editing jobs.  I've got time on my hands so why not try hubbing???  Although I'm still not quite sure how to go about this process I'm willing to write or comment on several subjects.  Where to begin..................
