Getting people out of their chairs for a little micro workout.

Break pal is the World's only fitness at your desk software. It not only reminds users to workout but also directs them to a desk exercise, office exercise, or desk stretch of their choice. Exercises vary from the very easy and simple to intense and difficult.  

Some are designed to be able to do from in a chair and others standing. However all exercises can be done in a very small space such as from within a cubicle. The workouts are all low impact and designed to be safe and easy on the joints and back

Exercises are fun and interesting. The best exercise program is the one you will stick to and Break Pal fulfills that. Because there is such a variety of exercise types from simple desk yoga and other desk stretches, chi kung breathing, to cardio Kung Fu. You'll always find something interesting. Coming soon are different dance steps and more. Keeping it interesting to keep users moving.

Also included in Break pal is a social network. Users score ponts when they use Break Pal. Points have to be maintained on a regular basis. Users have "Break Pals" (friends) and their friends can easily keep track of their points. It gets competitive as you can see from the userlist.
