I am a knife enthusiast doing what I love.  I currently own and manage an online knife company, BladeOps.com .  I spend most of my spare time with my wife and family but seem to cultivate hobbies at about the same pace my lawn grows dandelions.  I enjoy Arts and Crafts woodworking, writing, keeping bees, politics (both local and national) and maybe most of all reading. 

My hubs focus on interests of mine--I hope you find the topics covered as interesting as I have found them to be. 

I have built several pieces of Arts and Crafts furniture including a small cradle for my youngest child and a couple of Morris armchairs for my wife.  I currently have two beehives and absolutely love watching them.  For the most part I avoid getting stung although the other day a couple got into my pants (via my pantlegs which weren't tied down).  I am sure my neighboors didn't realize I could dance.  I am even more sure they wondered what kind of dance I was practicing.

I recently ran for State Senate in my home state and was beaten soundly.  I loved the race and learned much.  Next time I will be a formidable candidate.  Most of all, I love to sit somewhere comfortable and read about some new subject.
