I am a freelance jewelrymaker. I have been making jewelry (mostly beaded and wire wrapped)for about 10 years. I sell my jewelry in a hip Chicago boutique ( Habit 1951 W. Division) and I have an Etsy shop . I also have more photos of my work on my Google Site and Style Portfolios.

For the past couple of years I have been working for a company that specializes in customized jewelry. I have a B.A. in Fashion Design and Fashion Merchandising.

My interests and passions are many and right at the top of the list are health and nutrition, bath,body,and beauty products, and food. My interest in health and nutrition was sparked in a college course. I learned so much in this course and found learning about reading labels, nutrition facts and ingredients especially helpful. I have since been an avid researcher of ingredients when it come food and skincare. I want to make sure that everything I put into an onto my body are relatively healthy.

My passion for bath,body, and beauty most probably comes from my upbringing. I grew up with two sisters who are 8-10 years older than me. So they were really into make up and perfume while I was still pretty young. My mother was also very much into perfume and bath and body products. I love researching new products and info related to these interests. I have even dabbled in making bath and body products but found that I liked buying them much better. However I did find that some homemade skincare masks worked really well for me. I would like to eventually like to make bath, body and skincare again but for now I would like to focus on jewelry making. I am currently looking for new freelance projects and working on my own line of jewelry.
