I take this as opportunity to give epigrammatic details on my background. At the same time, I will let you know what topics interests me most. This page is sort of my profile page!

I was born and brought up in Muslim family in Bangalore (also referred as Bengaluru). I got married at an early age and I have two lovely kids - both studying. My husband worked in Middle East for a decade and returned a few years ago to be with me and kids. But since his return, we are struggling to make end meet.

I started doing some odd jobs at home to help meet certain petty expenses at home. When my husband was searching for a suitable job after his return from Middle East, he also did tried to get Internet related jobs at home. Now that he is busy with his job, I have taken over from him. I joined hubPages. Guided by my husband, I will write and create hubs on subjects that interest me the most and write from my life experiences.

I will be writing and creating hubPages on various topics that will include my experiences of living in Middle East, visit to different cities, about my hometown, Bangalore. My husband is fond of good food. So I experiment on cooking a great deal. I have several books on cooking and I watch several TV shows on Cooking! I will share my personal experience on cooking and some useful recipes as well. Besides I will also be talking to you about some great personalities I adore.

I will also be talking about books. My husband read a lot. There are several books that I go through at home.  My grand-mother had given lots of tips on health and home-remedies.  I am trying to pass on these to teen daughter, but she is not listening.  However, I will them in hubpages - so that all of you can benefit and at the same it will be available when my daughter grows up (check out: http://hubpages.com/hub/Home-Remedy-Backache).

We do watch movies a lot. I will devote some hubs on movies and comments on them.

Apart from all this, I will gossip as well - some spicy talk, some sweet and some sour!
