One of the best ways to rid yourself of worry is to ask yourself, "What is the worst that could happen." If the worst is not so bad, that will help you calm down.

Another method to help reduce worry is to look at history and ask how things have turned out in similar situations in the past. If the outcome has been something you can deal with, that helps you calm too.

In either of these scenarios, once you've answered the worry question, start making plans for the possible consequences; that way you have something semi-concrete on which to focus to get yourself out of your own head.

Increasing wisdom, increasing faith in God,understanding that this life is temporary anyway,the ways of this world will always be prone to change,but ultimately believing and knowing faith in God is an ACTIVE,LIVING,GUIDING and HELPING substance in your life and worrying is just the opposite!

Take the reasons and sensations of worrying,and humbly convey them to God for processing,because discomfort in this life is a serious thing to Him!
