List the funniest or beautiful assumptions that you had as a kid

As a kid, being abused and such, i always imagined that i would become this famous singer/writer and would move far, far away from my father! i imagined that if i could get just a foot in the door with my poetry or in chorus, then i could do anything! i would draw for fashion, for depression, for any reason! i always imagined that life would be great and i would make lots of money and have a great family! be a somebody, you know!
