Hmmm. I have not seen that many Hubpages written in all capital letters. I would probably skip them if I did come across one. There are appropriate ways to utilize capital letters as emphasis in subheadings or within the text as a word highlight.

It can be a strain on the eyes and difficult to read, besides the other implications of yelling out loud.

When there are a few lower case letters interspersed that makes it even more difficult to read, due to some mind-shifting mechanism of something out of place.

Maybe explain why you have created your name, EYES CHAMbERS, in the way you do? Is that the one where you just don't like "B's" in Upper Case? Got it.

Some people consider all caps the written equivalent of screaming. As an editor, I've always advised my clients against it.
