You can go into your computer through Safe mode and reset your password. Press F8 repeatedly when your PC is starting up. Once you're inside Windows go to Control Panel >User accounts and reset your password. Rebot and you should be good to go.

You will need something like Key Enterprises. You boot from the CD and it will allow you to reset all windows passwords including the administrator. Just follow the menus and go with the default settings, they normally work.

Burn OphCrack Live on a CD and run it on your computer boot.
