Please check peanut ,honey and dates are harmful to diabets or not. Are they also reducing LDL-cholesterol ??

Raw peanuts have alot of iron, fiber and are a heart healthy snack. Honey is just as bad as white sugar for a Diabetic. Dates are very high in natural sugar and although they do provide fiber, a better alternative would be half of a whole piece of fresh fruit.
