I'm 16 and I want to be a script writer, I know it's hard and stuff, but is there anyway people could give me ideas of how to get in touh with TV companies?

Your best bet would be to shoot a series independently, then shop it. Depending on where you live, you might even have a cable access channel in your area who would broadcast your series for free, and even give you the cameras and training to shoot your series.
