This movie came out in the 80's early 90' and the little girl lose her shoe when she falls right through the mirror! She ends up in a puppet life like world and trys to find here way bac home.

IMDb synopsis: A little girl travels through her mirror into Huggaland to find a way to keep her grandmother, the only one who knows how to hug, young. She is guided by the Hugga Bunch, who are living dolls, and Hodgepodge the baby elephant in her quest for youngberries. However, the sole youngberry tree is kept under a glass dome by the evil Queen of Quartz!

I think you are talking about Alice in Wonderland. The one that was made for tv in 1985.
