Be at home, watch T.V. spend your time at home writing hubpages and earn through Adsense.

Ask other of your households to do the same.

If your neighbour goes to shopping ask them to buy your groceries.

You never will get Swine Flu.

Your most valuable protection from the H191 flu would be to right now start taking herbs to boost your immune system. Echinacea would be the best one to start on. The "flu shots" they are getting ready to start giving, if they have not already have not been tested. Please do your due dilegence on this. The virus attacks the lungs. It is a killer. I have done tremendous research on this. The gvt is not giving us the whole story and the numbers are not good. The next strain which attacks this winter will be bad.

Wash your hands continually. Use the hand wipes provided at the grocery stores to wipe your carts off with. Buy lysol, clorox or whatever wipes you use and for Gods sake, wipe off all surfaces. Wipe your doorknobs, spray lysol in your home-eat garlic as it is an immune booster as well. The coming flu season will be the worst yet. Protect yourself now by again, boosting your immune system. This is your only hope as the research I have done leads me to know that the flu shots -will not protect you and that this flu is capable of killing within a 24 hour period of time. We had a really mild outbreak the first time, but hold onto your hats when this winter arrives. Start preparing now to avoid the inevitable contact later....

If a person becomes sick with swine flu, antiviral drugs can make the illness milder and make the patient feel better faster. They may also prevent serious flu complications. For treatment, antiviral drugs work best if started soon after getting sick (within 2 days of symptoms). Beside antivirals, palliative care, at home or in hospital, focuses on controlling fevers and maintaining fluid balance. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends the use of Tamiflu (oseltamivir) for the treatment and/or prevention of infection with swine influenza viruses, however, the majority of people infected with the virus make a full recovery without requiring medical attention or antiviral drugs.
