In Florida I'd say the Orange Blossoms and Gardenia because of their tranquil lovely fragrance.
In Massachusettes it would be Lilacs also because their scent is just hypnotizing. They grew outside my bedroom window and every morning I could smell them in the breeze.

Lilacs. They are the ultimate expression of springtime to me. Since they only bloom for a week or two every Spring, it forces me to stop and smell the flower, or a miss them for a whole year, and I absolutely love the smell.

Zonal Geraniums are my favorite. Zonals do well indoors, outdoors, in combo pots, and in flower beds. Plus to me geraniums smell like Christmas. Christmas is the time we start propagating geraniums for spring sales.
