First of all, i reccomend to find some used half faced motorcycle helmet, a can of white spray paint (for neutral color) , A black (or other dark color) waterproof marker for outlines, then you can start doing lines, graphics and design for your helmet, then add more paints/colors to you design. Finally, when you satisfied, there you go you got your template for your football helmet design!
