Well i have experience on this one, if you have an asian kid then you don't have to tell them anything since they know what is right and wrong. Anyways in High school, they are taught about all the issues you mentioned. 99.99% of the time, if you know your kid is good no need to tell them and if you have a strong bond with you kid then you can discuss it or else they will feel more embarrassed. If you kid is bad then you seriously need to talk or else something might happen.
