There is a link capsule "Photo". You will get it when in edit mode. Click the capsule and it will be added.

Go to photo capsule and click it you will find options to load picture from your computer and web. You can download pictures from your computer easily by browsing and adding it to hubpages or you can get it from web. It is easy and user friendly.
