what is help?
i know this is very easy, but a very confusing word if you think deeply , it can build and damage big stones also , it can also lead to death & birth also. can anyone had a full explanation on th

Help to me is any action that benefits a person or group of people. It's an act of compassion. It may be possible for someone who was trying to help to cause hurt to someone else, but I think that really has little to do with help itself.

Help, much like love, is a verb - an action- yet they are one in the same. Be it in a physical, psychological, emotional or spiritual manner it is offering peace, serenity, kindness, labor, laughter, compassion, empathy...and the list goes on. It is endless.
It is the same as love *because* the descriptive list is unmeasurable. It is the same as love *because* it is, on whatever level it is used, a source of compassion regardless of the act taken. It is the same as love *because* it requires an action, on the part of another, to assist, aide and provide selfless service regardless of how large or small the action is.
It is the same as love because it is mankind reaching outside of 'self'.
Help, like love, is a verb.
