becareful of automated scripting you will lose face with goole rankings and other platforms.. alot of these are scams so make sure you reearch and try to understand the links that promise huge traffic ect..

This is a great question, but in reality, msost of your traffic will come from some kind of "effort", over time. It doesn't have to be hours per day, but 30minutes or so per day could easily become thousands of visitors with the right tools.
