Of cource its best way for winter to clean everything inside you drinking a non-alcoholic mix that is made from MINT-OREGANON(fresh),-TEA(MOUNTAIN)-SAGE .That makes the throat been cleaned,I suggest put them all in a saucepan and keep it hot till you drink the juise.Made its enough for a week

As many as you want or can afford...just be careful not to pour them on the mint, it will kill it!
