Depending on what you are writing about, the amount of content in a Hub will vary. I have heard that most Hubs are between 800-1400 words, but that may not be the case for some.
When you are writing, be as concise and to the point as possible. Try not to over-state or under-state a subject. Just give good details and make it readable.
If it is a subject that can be visualized, add pictures and/or videos to support your writing. This will make your hub more visually appealing.

Hi, I only joined yesterday and have got two on. They are both quite different and number a word count never occurred to me. You might want to take a look at them.
